MY WANTOK

Terms & Conditions:

The promotion is valid from 1st January 2026 to midnight 31st January 2026.
Customers may register up to three (3) Vodafone Prepaid numbers as Wantok numbers by dialling *667#.
FREE Calls apply only from Vodafone to Vodafone mobile numbers within PNG and are applicable to the A-Party (originating caller) only.
The B-Party must register their own Wantok numbers to enjoy free originating calls. Free calls to the three registered Wantok numbers are valid until 31st January 2026.
Vodafone number ranges are 81XXXXXX, 82XXXXXX, 83XXXXXX and 84XXXXXX.
Customers may change their registered Wantok numbers once every 30 days during the promotion period.
Calls made while roaming will be charged at standard roaming rates.
Off-net, Postpaid and International numbers are not eligible and cannot be registered in this promotion.
After the promotional period ends, standard voice charges will apply.
Vodafone reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time.

What is “My Wantok (Friends & Family)” service?
My Wantok is a Vodafone prepaid service that lets you make FREE Vodafone to Vodafone voice calls to your selected friends and family (your “Wantok Group”) for the month of January.

Who can use the My Wantok promotion?
The promotion is available to Vodafone Prepaid customers only.

When does the My Wantok promotion run?
It runs from 1 January 2026 (00:00 hours) to 31 January 2026 (23:59:59 / midnight). Free calls to your registered Wantok numbers are valid until 31 January 2026.

How do I register for My Wantok ?
Dial *667# and follow the prompts to register your Wantok numbers.

How many Wantok numbers can I register?
You can register up to three (3) Vodafone prepaid numbers. You can also choose to register only one or two if you prefer.

Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registration to the My Wantok service is completely free.

Which calls are FREE under this promotion?
FREE calls apply only for Vodafone to Vodafone mobile calls within PNG, and only to the three numbers you have registered in your My Wantok group.

Do free calls apply to me, the person I’m calling, or both?
Free calls apply to the A-Party (the caller/originating number) only.

Does the person I call (B-Party) also get free calls automatically?
No. The B-Party must register their own Wantok numbers if they want to enjoy free outgoing calls from their side too.

Which numbers can be registered as Wantok numbers?
Only Vodafone mobile numbers within PNG can be registered. Vodafone number ranges include: 81XXXXXX, 82XXXXXX, 83XXXXXX, and 84XXXXXX.

Can I register a Digicel, Telikom, B-Mobile or International numbers?
No. Off-net numbers (including Digicel, Telikom, B-Mobile) and International numbers are not eligible and cannot be registered.

Can I change my Wantok numbers after registering?
Yes. You may change your registered Wantok numbers once every 30 days during the promotion period.

If I change a Wantok number, will it extend my free calls or reset the expiry date?
No. Changing a Wantok number does not reset or extend the free call expiry. Free calls still end on 31 January 2026.

Will free calls work if I’m roaming?
No. Calls made while roaming will be charged at standard roaming rates.

What happens after 31 January 2026?
After the promotional period ends, standard voice charges will apply.

Will I get a reminder before the promotion ends?
Yes. Customers will receive an SMS notification before the promotion ends.

Can Vodafone change or stop the promotion?
Yes. Vodafone reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time.
