Vodafone PNG TopUp is available in many different forms across different TopUp channels. Customers can purchase Vodafone TopUp from over 2,500 outlets across PNG which includes Supermarkets, Service Stations, Kai Bars, Tucker Boxes, Convenience stores, Mom and Pop shops, Homeware and Hardware stores.
Online TopUp options using Credit and Visa Debit Cards are also available via our 24x7 self-service channels which include Online Web TopUp and MyVodafone App.

TopUp Options Available

  1. Hard Cards – K1, K2, K3, K5, K8, K10, K15, K20, K35, K50, K100.
  2. Electronic Voucher – K1, K2, K3, K5, K8, K10, K15, K20, K35, K50, K100.
  3. Direct TopUp – Customers may provide their mobile number to a TopUp agent who will directly TopUp the mobile account from the system. TopUp ranges from K1 to K1000. Click here to find your nearest Direct TopUp Agent. 
  4. Online Web TopUp – Customers may visit the Vodafone PNG website and use their Visa or MasterCard to TopUp a number. Web TopUp ranges from K2 to K500. Click here to TopUp now
  5. MyVodafone App – Customers may log in to the MyVodafone App and use their Visa or MasterCard to TopUp a number.

TopUp Validity

Upon every TopUp, a customer’s mobile account expiry date gets extended from the date of TopUp. The account validity across different TopUp denominations is outlined in the table below.

  4. Dial *121*15-digit TopUp Voucher Number # or SMS the 15-digit TopUp voucher number to 121 or Call 121 and enter the 15-digit TopUp voucher number followed by the hash (#) key to TopUp a number.
  5. Some denominations are available through Direct TopUp and Web TopUp only.
  6. Vodafone PNG Web TopUp service can be accessed from around the World using Visa or Master Cards.
  7. Visit www.vodafone.com.pg and select Web TopUp to TopUp Vodafone PNG numbers online 24x7.
  8. Compulsory registration will be required to use the Online Web Top Up service.
  9. Prepaid mobile broadband customers will receive data only upon TopUp.

    10. Dial *444# or use the MyVodafone App to access Vodafone Prepaid Services.

    11. Vodafone number range starts with 81XXXXX0 and ends with 81XXXXX9.

How can I check the Account Status of my mobile number?

You may check your mobile number’s account status as per below steps:

  1. Dial *121#.
  2. Enter 3 to select Check Account Status
  3. Account status definitions:
    • Active – all mobile services are available.
    • One-Way Blocked – all outgoing calls, SMS and internet services are not available. TopUp via *121# or do an indirect TopUp to re-activate account.
    • Two-Way Blocked – all mobile services are not available. Contact customer care to unblock number and then TopUp via *121# or do an indirect TopUp to re-activate account.

How can I check what my number is?

Dial *100# to check what number is attached to the SIM card.
Expected Result: “Your number is (675)81XXXXXX”

 

Or check your original packaging.

How can I TopUp my mobile voice number?

The following methods may be done to directly TopUp a mobile account:

  1. Dial *121*15-digit TopUp Voucher Number #
  2. Dial *122# - Add as 3rd option
  •   USSD Shortcode *121#
    • Dial *121*15-digit TopUp Voucher Number # to TopUp.
    • A success SMS message will be sent to confirm that the account has been topped up.
    •   USSD Shortcode *122# - Add as number 02
      • Dial *122# to view a menu of TopUp options.
      • Enter 1 to Select TopUp My Phone.
      • Enter the 15-digit TopUp Voucher number.
      • Enter 1 to Select Yes to complete the TopUp process.

        • Call 121 and listen to the instructions.
        • Enter the 15-digit TopUp Voucher number followed by the hash # key.
        • A success SMS message will be sent to confirm that the account has been topped up.

           

      4. MyVodafone App
        • Download MyVodafone App from Google Play Store, iPhone App Store or Huawei App Gallery on your smartphone.
        • Log in by registering your mobile number in the MyVodafone App. (Note: The OTP Verification Code message will be sent to your SMS inbox.)
        • Tap on “TopUp” beside the account balance or tap on “TopUp” of the home () button.
        • Select Top Up type.
        • Select the Number to TopUp.
        • If you selected TopUp Card, Enter the 15-digit TopUp Voucher number.
        • Tap on “TopUp”.
        • A success SMS message will be sent to confirm that the account has been topped up.

           

      5. Direct TopUp
        • Visit a TopUp Agent.
        • Provide the MSISDN number to be topped up to the Agent.
        • The Agent will input the MSISDN number and top up the account directly.
        • A success SMS message will be sent to confirm that the account has been topped up.

           

      6. Web TopUp
        • Go to: www.vodafone.com.pg/my-vodafone/web-top-up
        • Select a “TopUp amount” from the dropdown menu. Web TopUp ranges from K2 to K500.
        • Enter the mobile number you wish to top up.
        • Enter your email address.
        • Review the mobile number and TopUp amount. Select a payment method.
        • If you have selected the Credit Card payment option, enter your Credit Card details.
        • Select the check box to agree with the Terms and Conditions.
        • Click on “PAY NOW”.
        • A confirmation E-mail and success SMS will be sent to confirm that the account has been topped up.

        • A success SMS message will be sent to confirm that the account has been topped up.

           

      4. Web TopUp

        • Enter the mobile number you wish to top up.
        • Enter your email address.
        • Review the mobile number and TopUp amount. Select a payment method.
        • If you have selected the Credit Card payment option, enter your Credit Card details.

      How can I check my Prepaid Mobile Voice Number’s account balance?

       

      Balance Check provides information on the available balance and its respective expiry in a mobile account. Ways to check balance are as follows:

      1. USSD Shortcode *120#
        1. Dial *120# to view a menu of balance types.
        2. Select a balance type to view the balance currently available in your mobile account.
          1. Credit Balance
          2. Bonus Credit Balance
          3. Data Balance
          4. Minutes Balance
          5. SMS Balance
        3. The available balances and balance expiry will be displayed.

           

      2. MyVodafone App
        1. Log in by registering your mobile number in the MyVodafone App. (Note: The OTP Verification Code message will be sent to your SMS inbox.)
        2. Real Credit will be displayed on the home page under “Account Balance”.
        3. Scroll down and select any of the icons and then select “more” to check time minutes, data and SMS balances and other credit balances.

           

      3. SMS 120
        1. Send an SMS “My Balance” to 120.
        2. A Balance SMS message will be sent listing out the total balances available and account expiry. Dial *120# or use the MyVodafone App to check your other credit, data, voice minutes and SMS balances.

           

      4. Call 120 IVR
      1. Call 120 to hear the total credit balance and account expiry. Dial *120# or use the MyVodafone App to check your other credit, data, voice minutes and SMS balances.



      How can I TopUp a Prepaid Mobile Broadband number?

      There are several ways to TopUp a Mobile Broadband Data balance. The best method is from the MyVodafone App and WiFi Portal.

      1. MyVodafone App
      2. Send a TopUp SMS to 121 via the WiFi Portal
      3. From a Prepaid mobile number, Dial *121*2*Broadband Data Number*15-digit TopUp Voucher Number#
      4. Direct TopUp
      5. Web TopUp

       

      1. MyVodafone App
        • Download MyVodafone App from Google Play Store, iPhone App Store or Huawei App Gallery on your smartphone and Log In.
        • Tap on the down-arrow next to your number at the top.
        • Select “Add Another Connection
        • Under “Vodafone Number” enter your broadband data number.
        • Under “Name”, enter a nick name for your broadband data number.
        • Select “Proceed”.
        • Enter your email address. (Note: A One-Time-Password verification code will be sent to your email address.)
        • Tap on “TopUp” beside the account balance or tap on “TopUp” on the left of home () button.
        • Select TopUp type.
        • Select the Broadband number.
        • If you selected TopUp Card, Enter the 15-digit TopUp Voucher number.
        • Tap on “TopUp”.
        • A success SMS message will be sent to confirm that the account has been topped up.
        • To check the balance, tap the home () button.

           

      2. SMS 121 via Wi-Fi portal
        • Connect to your mobile broadband’s WiFi network.
        • Login to the Wi-Fi portal from the Wi-Fi’s device management app or enter the WiFi Portal URL in your browser. The URL may be written on the back or bottom of your broadband device.
        • Select the SMS section on the Dashboard.
        • Create a new SMS message, enter “121” in the recipient number, Enter the 15-digit TopUp Voucher number in the body, and Select Send.
        • An SMS message will be sent to confirm that the data has been successfully loaded.
        • To check your balance, Send “My Balance” to 120. An SMS message will be sent which will show the current total data balance available. Use the MyVodafone App to view more balance details.

        • Dial *121# to view a menu of TopUp options.
        • Enter 2 to Select TopUp Other Phone.
        • Enter the mobile broadband number.
        • Enter the 15-digit TopUp Voucher number.
        • Verify the B-Party number and then Enter 1 to Select Yes to complete the TopUp process.
        • A success SMS message will be sent to confirm that the B-Party account has been topped up.

      4. Direct TopUp
        • Visit a TopUp Agent. Click here to find your nearest Direct TopUp Agent. 
        • Provide the broadband MSISDN number to be topped up to the Agent.

        • Enter the broadband data number you wish to top up.
        • Enter your email address.
        • Review the broadband data number and TopUp amount. Select a payment method.
        • If you have selected the Credit Card payment option, enter your Credit Card details.

        • Click on “PAY NOW”.
        • A success email and SMS message will be sent to confirm that the account has been topped up.

      How can I check my Prepaid Mobile Broadband Number’s account balance?
