How can I subscribe to a mobile data plan from *777#?

  1. Dial *777#
  2. Enter the option number 2 to select “Konekt Data Plans”
  3. Enter the option number of the mobile data plan you wish to buy.
  4. Verify plan details and Enter 1 to Select Yes to complete the subscription process.
  5. An SMS message will be sent to confirm that the data plan has been successfully loaded. You may dial *120# to check your balance.

How can I subscribe to a mobile data plan from the MyVodafone App?

  1. Download the MyVodafone App from Google Play Store, iPhone App Store or Huawei App Gallery in your smartphone.
  2. Log in by registering your mobile number in the MyVodafone App. (Note: The OTP Verification Code message will be sent to your SMS inbox.)
  3. Tap on the side menu icon () in the top-right corner.
  4. Tap on “Manage Plans”.
  5. Tap on “Data Plans”.
  6. Select a Data / Kombo Plan you wish to buy.
  7. Tap on “BUY PLAN”.
  8. Tap on “BUY PLAN”.
  9. Tap on “CONFIRM” to complete the subscription process.
  10. An SMS message will be sent to confirm that the plan has been successfully loaded. Go to the home () page or dial *120# to check the balance.

    2. Konekt Mobile Data Plans are available to Vodafone Prepaid mobile customers only.
    3. Konekt Mobile Data Plans are on a subscription service with recurring charges and are set to auto-renew after a period of time from the time of subscription.
    4. To un-subscribe and cancel autorenewal, dial *777#, select “Manage Plans”, select the plan name then select the Un-subscribe option.
    5. Data Rollover is not available.
    6. To use mobile internet services, configure your device’s access point name (APN) to ‘internet’.

How does auto-renewal work?

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Data Plan subscriptions are set to automatically renew after a set period of time (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) from the time of subscription if sufficient real credit balance is available. Upon the autorenewal date and time, an SMS message will be sent to confirm that the data plan has been renewed and that the data plan has been successfully loaded. You may dial *120# to check your balance. If there is an insufficient balance in the account, the plan will expire and not auto-renew. You may need to recharge with an appropriate Kina amount prior to auto-renewal to ensure sufficient funds are available.

How can I re-subscribe to a mobile data plan from *777#?

 

If you are running low on data and wish to buy the same plan again, you may re-subscribe by following the below methods:

  1. Method 1 – Konekt Data Plans
    1. Dial *777#.
    2. Enter the option number 2 to select “Konekt Data Plans”
    3. Enter the option number of the data plan you wish to buy again.
    4. If the plan is still active, you will be prompted with an option to re-subscribe. Enter 1 to Select Re-Subscribe.
    5. Verify plan details and Enter 1 to Select Yes to complete the re-subscription process.
    6. An SMS message will be sent to confirm that the data plan has been successfully loaded. You may dial *120# to check your balance.

       

  2. Method 2 – Manage Plans
    1. Dial *777#.
    2. Enter the option number 5 to select “Manage Plans”
    3. Enter the option number of the data plan you wish to buy again. Note: If your plan is not displayed in the list, then please follow Method 1 stated above.
    4. Enter 1 to Select Re-Subscribe or Buy Again.
    5. Verify plan details and Enter 1 to Select Yes to complete the re-subscription process.
    6. An SMS message will be sent to confirm that the data plan has been successfully loaded. You may dial *120# to check the balance.

 

How can I re-subscribe to a plan from MyVodafone App?

 

If you are running low on data and wish to buy the same plan again, you may re-subscribe by following the below steps:

  1. Download the MyVodafone App from Google Play Store, iPhone App Store or Huawei App Gallery in your smartphone.
  2. Log in by registering your mobile number in the MyVodafone App. (Note: The OTP Verification Code message will be sent to your SMS inbox.)
  3. Tap on the side menu icon (

If you wish for an active data plan to not auto-renew, you may un-subscribe from the plan by following the below methods:

  1. Method 1 – Manage Plans
    1. Dial *777#.
    2. Enter the option number 5 to select “Manage Plans”
    3. Enter the option number of the data plan you wish un-subscribe from.
    4. If the plan’s autorenewal is still active, you will be prompted with an option to un-subscribe. Enter 2 to Select Un-Subscribe.
    5. Verify plan details and Enter 1 to Select Yes to complete the un-subscription process.
    6. An USSD Prompt message will be displayed to confirm that the data plan has been successfully un-subscribed. This plan will now be set to not auto-renew, and will expire upon the plan expiry date and time.
